Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or perishable items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly issue a replacement or full refund.
